Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this site and its workshop registration form. By submitting the form you agree that The Hittner Group may contact you about your registration by phone, text, or email at the number and address you provide.

Registering for the workshop

Picking a seat on the calendar confirms your place at the RightSize Move Workshop, and we will send that confirmation by email and text. Depending on your answers, we may instead have our co-host’s team at Granite Bank contact you to talk through your options; in that case no seat is held. The date, time, and location can change, and we will contact you if they do.

What the workshop is

The workshop is educational. Nothing presented at it, or on this site, is an offer of credit, a commitment to lend, an appraisal, or legal, tax, or financial advice, and no loan terms are quoted here or in the room. The Hittner Group is a licensed real estate team; Granite Bank is a separate company and makes its own lending decisions. Any real estate or lending relationship that follows is governed by its own separate written agreement.
